FEARLESS is IWP’s flagship conference, designed to equip women with the confidence, connections, and tools to take control of their careers. While the event is targeted toward South Asian women, it is open to all women seeking to grow professionally and personally.
Many women struggle with networking anxiety, often attending conferences in familiar circles but missing out on meaningful connections. FEARLESS is designed to break these barriers by creating a non-judgemental workspace where we go through relevant and meaningful activities that have a direct impact on the professional lives of our participants.
Some samples of our conference activities
✅ Speed Networking & Icebreakers – Every attendee will participate in structured 1:1 conversations to foster genuine connections beyond just LinkedIn requests. Conversation starters are Intentional and focused.
✅ Solve it with an Exec – Role-Playing Scenarios – Women will collaborate in small groups to tackle real-world workplace challenges alongside experienced industry leaders.
