We can all learn from each other. Sometimes all it takes is a conversation with a peer, to get us going in the right direction. And sometimes we need someone with vision and foresight, who can help us see the forest from the trees.

IWP aims for its members to find people who truly understand and can help each other with their next steps. No matter how unique your journey - you need someone that understands and has been there.

We are the sum of the 5 people we most spend time with. This is an oft repeated and well known truth. To add to this, we are also a product of our environments. Indian Women Professionals aims to effectively transfer drive from the go-getters, the achievers to all it's members.
People often get discouraged for the slightest reasons. Dreams are banished into the darkest recesses of the mind, and it is a very small group of people who effectively feed these dreams, nurture them and finally let them see the light of day.
